On Acting And Not Acting Mature
Everyone says that - act a bit more mature.
But do I want to be mature?
I do not think so.
Acting like you're someone dignified, someone big - that is not my cup of tea. I think I'd prefer to be a bit more childish. Acting like a child makes you think more brightly towards sober aspects of life - you know, you it makes you a lot more optimistic and confident. Most adults say that they like playing kids. But I say that I like playing WITH kids. I don't know why people often open their mouth so wide to let even an elephant in, whenever they see someone act sophisticated. Even I am awed by such people but I don't think I will ever be like them. Nah, it's not a loser's spirit. It's just that I like being a kid. I don't want to act like I am an old granny who has her chin lifted up as though she smelt dung. Really. I am enjoying my childhood. I love being a kid. I don't want to BE mature. Not one bit.
Okay... don't go around thinking that I hate those who ARE mature. I don't. They want to be mature - let them be! I don't want to be that goody-goody, that's all. Maturity to me, is acting like an adult. As I said before, I don't think I will act like an adult, how much ever I try. Maturity doesn't come easily to someone like me.
Why would that be, now? The reason is - I am never organized. Organization is the key to be a matured individual. I just can't organize my posts, my studies, my violin, well, just everything. My desks, my wardrobe - everything is piled up in a disorganized manner. Some people work so hard to keep their stuff in a proper order. Me? I dunno. I just keep everything okay, I guess...
Anyway, moving on. I have started my vacations. I have got this idea... how 'bout I make a shoe during my brief spell of holidays?
Weird, but one can always try, right?
Okay... so this is how I am going to make my shoe -
1. Take a thick cardboard sheet.
2. Put your foot (Right or left) on it and then trace your foot's shape on the cardboard with a pencil, pen or whatever you use for your writing.
3. Now cut the thing and then admire your 'great' creation.
4. Next, you take out a soft sponge or something and repeat Step 2 and Step 3 only with the sponge.
5. Put the cardboard above the sponge.
6. Puncture 3 small circular hole near the ends (Not exactly at the end, just one or two centimeters apart from the top end - the end from where you traced your toes. The other two holes should be cut near the distance between your last toe and heel - one or two centimeters away)
7. Take a Y shaped strap and insert its ends on the three holes.
8. Now, stick the straps, the sponge, the cardboard together.
9. Your shoe's structure is formed!
10. Now you can use any sort of colors, sheets of paper to make your new shoes look amazing!
There might be some other complications, but eh, doesn't matter. I am going to make the shoe and I hope I have good results with it!
Wish me luck!
